I know you have a lot of questions, like what to bring and what you can expect.  Below you will find some answers to your questions. 

Make sure to mark your calendar for September 26th @ 1:00 pm.  I will send a reminder email and/or give you a call prior to the group session.  Please note that there are no refunds once you have reserved your seat.                                                          

  •                                                                                                                                                                                      This is a group session and not intended to resolve any past trauma that may have a direct
  • impact on your smoking.  Will will review HOW hypnosis works, as well as do a group hypnosis session giving you the tools break the chain that binds you to smoking. If you choose, you will also be added to a private Facebook Group  to help maintain your progress, share your results, and inspire each other. 

What to Bring

  • A clear and open mind - no caffeine, alcohol, or drugs prior to the session
  • I will not provide recordings for group sessions but feel free to bring your own recording devices
  • Comfortable clothes, and a light jacket (even if it's a hundred degrees) body temperature sometimes drops during hypnosis
  • A drink such as water, and maybe a light snack
  • Your amazing SELF!

What to Expect

You can expect to learn a thing, or two, about hypnosis, and how it can help you achieve more than you thought possible INCLUDING how to change the thoughts that keep you smoking and break those chains to achieve your BEST self.  

You will learn about the different states of hypnosis and why you may not have responded well to self hypnosis in the past (and I will teach you how to hypnotize yourself).  

We will also use EFT, also known as "tapping" during the course of the session to help facilitate mind/body balance. 

If this is your first experience with hypnosis, please know that you may only achieve a light trance state on your first go-round.  You may be aware of everything going on around you, that's OKAY!  It is quite normal, and I will give you techniques to be able to continue your journey after the session.  


I will also give you handouts as well as a smoking cessation recording to use on your own.
